• Appointments made online at drivecj.com or over the phone are drop-off time appointments only.
• Vehicles will not necessarily be worked on the same day.
• We do not work on vehicles ten years or older.
• We have the right to refuse to work on vehicles over 60,000 miles, unless it has an open factory recall.
• Guests with appointments will receive diagnostics for their vehicle within 24-48 hours after the repair order is opened.
• Some vehicles might need more time to conduct a more thorough diagnostics.
• Guests with no appointment will be accepted into the shop with no eta.
• Each diagnostic per area of concern will entail a $175 fee which will then go towards the total repair cost.
• A diagnostic must be done before a loaner is given out.
• A loaner must be available to be given out. Therefore, there is no guarantee that loaners will be available after a diagnostic is done.
